I found a very interesting article.
It tells the story of a flight attendant who was on one of the planes that had to land in Gander (Canada) because of Operation Yellow Ribbon, when the airspace all over the US was closed after the terror attacks in New York on September 11, 2001.

That is so amazing it was really touching
Oh man this reminds me of a detailed documentary of the first 9/11 crash. It talked about how the flight attendants on the plane helped inform the ground of the gravity of the situation. I’ll see if I can find it…
