:tada: 8 Years on the Infinite Flight Community! :tada:

Today marks 8 years since I joined the Infinite Flight Community — and what a journey it’s been! From the early days of flying Cessnas out of KHAF to long hauls across the globe, this community has been a second home for my aviation passion.

Over the years, I’ve logged:

Every flight, every ATC interaction, and every community event has helped shape my Infinite Flight experience. It’s not just about the sim — it’s about the people, the conversations, and the shared love for aviation that makes this place special.

Huge thanks to the developers for building something truly outstanding, and to the moderators and community members who keep this forum buzzing with energy, knowledge, and good vibes.

Sorry if I miss anyone, but whilst I’m thankful for everyone for making this community the community that it is, but thank you personally to:

Are you sure u only have 1600+hrs flying in 8yrs?? i just played if for a half of a year and already gained 3307hrs flying lol

A VA is a virtual airline, therefore depending on the virtual airline you join, most of them have different ranks which are unlocked based on the more flights and hours you fly for them which unlocks more aircraft and usually longer routes. In the virtual airline, you can log your flights using a crew centre system and PIREP system which most virtual airlines will provide you access to once your application has been approved. It’s important to note though, all virtual airline’s are different and some processes and procedures might change from one virtual airline to another.
