140-150 knots ideally
80-90% N1
Spoilers Armed (In Case of Rejected Takeoff)
Flaps 15 degrees

I usually use 15% of trim.

Hi, always take off in the 787 with downward control pressure on the nose until rotation speed, no matter what the other settings.

Of course trim will affect how much control pressure is effective for this. But I wouldn’t rely on trim alone.

Just always hold the.nose down, especially to prevent early yaw tendency in a cosswind (from even slight loss in nose wheel contact).

The 787 is a very twitchy and sensitive aircraft. Slight down pressure until VR and then very slowly rotate the nose.

Usually use flaps 5°, 140-150 kias and ≈90 N1. (Don’t follow these I always tail strike 😬)

Hi, these can entirely depend on the situation (weight, runway length, etc.)
Here are some typical stats however:
(Note that everybody’s is a bit different, you may also need to find what works best for you, especially trim.)

-Flaps 5°
-N1 ~86%
-Spoilers Armed(as well as max auto-brake)
-VR 145 kts
-Trim 5%

Remember to apply a constant nose-down input until about 100 knots, where then you can slowly reduce that input.
A lower flight control sensitivity may be able to help with accidental steep climb.
