777 cargo door stays open?

I recently reviewed a couple of flights and noticed this issue. Appears random and attempts to replicate it, is again at purely random.
Has anyone else seen or had this issue?
777-300

And again on a 777-200 with flights separated by a few days and at totally different airports.

I have not seen this on any other aircraft. 777F seems fine as do others.
