Description
777-200ER’s strobe light on right wing is not flashing, tail and left wing are work normally.
This does not occur for me. When I turn on the strobe lights, everything functions normally.
Can you share any screenshots or videos?

Were you perchance zoomed out when this happened?
If you place your camera to the right of the aircraft and zoom out, the right strobe will appear INOP while the two other strobes still work normally. It seems like a level of detail issue.
