Is it ok to land a 777-200er on a class D airport on expert? Are there violations for landing to large aircrafts on airports?

Not really, as long as there’s a couple gates that can accommodate your aircraft and a long enough runway you can land on I guess.
But I don’t think you’ll get a violation. Unless there’s atc and they denied your entry.

No if the airport has the proper facilities. As for violations I can only think of active Notams/tfr, live atc who has denied you permission to land there, or a mod/supervisor.
If the runway and taxiways are big enough, you can definitely put a 777 at a class D airport. Same applies to class E
@Lufthansa1 could use full reverse thrust and brakes , the braking power of IF aircraft is just unrelisitic
