757 Autopilot Speed

The 757 is a beautiful update, but when slowing speed on autopilot, it takes a very very long time to slow down. I was flying into EFKT yesterday, no wind was present. At FL150 I was at 280 knots and set speed to 250 however by the time I was at FL100 it was struggling to slow down. My descent V/S was -1400fpm. Ultimately I had to use the speed break and set flap 1 to slow her down. Has anyone else had this issue?

yes, it take a long time

This is normal as the 757 is a slippery one that can gain speed with the slightest of VS. It just means you have to pay attention during descent much like other planes.
