Not sure if this was answered, but on the new 757 we cant start them one at a time only Auto. Also, on pushback, the plane pops a pretty good wheelley when stopping push back if fully loaded.
You can start one at a time by going to the engines submenu. Make sure your APU has been started before you can start them.

Yea. and we dont have much control over it obviously. I notice it less when half full on fuel.
