I chose the canyon blue liver on the 738 and loaded my flight in and I noticed my plane was entirely pink excluding the cockpit. I have tried restarting the app, restarting my device, and using a different livery which only showed that this livery was like that.
I believe Your best bet is reinstalling the aircraft, meaning reinstalling the app.

Have you tried reinstalling the app? It looks like it may have bugged out when downloading the aircraft livery.
