737 Max testing, Unpainted arrival, Military action and more at PDX

Today was a day like no other for me. When I first arrived I wasn’t expecting anything more than the usual. But little did I know that today would be one of the most exciting spotting spotting session I’ve had at PDX.

First a Delta 737-900 going to Salt Lake City.

After that I switched to 28L Just in time to see an Alaska Airlines 737-900 to Denver.

Alaska Airlines E175 taxiing to 28L off to San Jose California.

After that I noticed a another 737 land and then casually lift off into the sky. Upon further inspection I found out that it was an Alaska Airlines 737 MAX doing touch and goes at PDX.

I took many pictures of it over the course of 20-40 minutes and if that wasn’t enough Boeing flew down a brand new 767-300F for FedEx to get painted here in Portland.

After I came back from lunch there was still one more surprise for the day. A USAF C-130 take off out of Portland.

Thank you for looking at the pictures!
I used an iPhone 8 (Which has surprisingly bad camera quality)
