I’ve seen many 737 max’s in person and never have seen a a light on the bottom winglet like in the picture below. Is this bottom light a real thing or did IF make a mistake?
The exterior lighting configuration is correct on the Max. There are a total of 4 aft Nav lights (two on the tail, and one on the bottom of each winglet, respectively).
Poor quality image but here it is on the real aircraft.
It’s very difficult to see unless you’re standing under the winglet. Can just make it out in this image but the light illuminating the ground is clear.
