As the title says, I just found a bug on the plane selection page.

On my iPhone 6 with iOS 9.0.2 I haven’t got this problem. Maybe it’s only on iPad.

this is a theory, could it be wifi? or the download of the image was interrupted
I had this once on many devices from the iphone 5, 6+, ipad mini…
I’m guessing it happens ahen the image is being downloaded and all of the sudden mid-download, you lose interner connection. It will never attempt to finish downloading the image until the next update or after a very long time (Whichever comes first).
Coincidentally, it happened for a 737 BBJ too for me last time
