I was wondering why I cannot buy this plane. It says I need 20 purchases to be able to use it… How do I know how many purchases I’ve made?
Count each purchase you make. Regions are included towards the 20 buys. You don´t need to check the receipes, just look at IF and count the ones that aren´t free.
Is your device iOS?
You must be on a monthly plan. Its good to count the number of purchases but it should unlock when you have purchased 20. If you were to switch to a yearly plan it would all unlock!

Yes definitely, its cheaper if you pay monthly for a year, plus all aircraft and regions, its sweet!
