yes! was a training flight to certify a captain, so test was fire in engine 1 after V1, reduce engine and land back

yes! in a test flight, not a commercial flight. The failure was simulated, just acted as if.

According to Wiki, no commercial 731s are in service anymore.😊

pic was 2007! it was a test flight but plane was active at that time.
