Can someone help me I accidentally did 6 level 1 violations on the expert server and went from grade 4 to 2😭. Please give me some things to do in solo or casual training servers.

Sorry to hear that. My biggest tip for things to do, either on Solo or Casual, is to practice avoiding getting these kinds of violations by managing your speed and knowing the planes you will fly.
Remember, you can still do the same exact flights you’d do on Expert Server in all the others while you are restricted from it, so, although you might see some less professionalism on those, you can do basically the same things as you would have done on ES

Haha I just did that to redeem myself on training and I flew from rpll to vhhh. The controller at vhhh told me to be at 150kts until 5 mile final. I was 30 nm away.

Yeah same I do the same thing 
Golden Rule: In approach, when you reach 12,000 feet, decrease your speed to 245 knots. 
Find some other hobbies
