Other unique Max 8 Routes I recommend are as follows:
Nadi to Perth on the Fiji Airways 737-Max 8, while not an actual route that exists, it still is a fun one coming in at around 8hrs each way depending on winds.
Nadi to Honolulu on the Fiji Airways 737-Max 8, clocks in at about 7 hours. Also an actual route that exists.

If you really want to MAX out the range, do Santiago → Wellington it is over 11hrs long.
