About Martin Luther King Jr:
Born on January 15, 1929 in Atlanta, Martin Luther King was an active civil rights activist and petitioned for equality in the United States. He was famous for the March on Washington in 1963, and his I Have A Dream speech. His actions led to the end of racial discrimination in the United States.
