I literally downloaded and installed IF Assistant and Live Flight today. After doing such I noticed the 3D buildings are gone. I did a flight from EDDM to EGLL both of which are listed as 3D. Does any one else has this problem or did I miss something earlier?

I’m pretty sure this is a known issue at the moment with other users. Check out this response on how to fix this issue.
Ive never had this issue. Looking at a similar topic from a month or two ago, try to clear the scenery cache or if that does not work completely re-install the app.
