So I just got a new phone, the iPhone 11 Pro, and I transferred the data from my old phone, an iPhone 7, onto this phone. Everything saved, but the 3D buildings don’t load in the game. Weird thing is, the 21.1 update came in, with livery’s like the ANA 77W. So I have everything normal, except for the buildings. Here’s some pictures.
Have you restarted the app and ensured that you are on a version of Infinite Flight which is later than 21.1?
How do I restart the app? I restarted my phone, and also the app store showed no update button, so I’m running the latest version.
I’ll assume that you’re on iOS. Swipe up and hold, then end the Infinite Flight app. Once you’ve done that, restart the app and launch in again. If this doesn’t work, maybe try a device reboot.

I restarted the app and nothing changes. Also restarted my phone.

Start with this:
Tap “Settings” → “About”.
In the top left corner, app version + device model is shown. Tap & hold there for a few short seconds until you’re prompted to send diagnostics information. Please do so and let me know when you have.
Once you’ve done that, we’ll get to the part of trying to resolve the issue.
Can you try changing the 3D Object Density in-session to see if the buildings appear? You may need to wait a minute after changing for them to appear.
