Are General Aviation/Regional airports generally easier to make 3D than International airports?

Mostly, yes. Unless you get a crazy GA airport otherwise they’re much easier.

Of course it is, but it can be hard when the airport has no informations, or when the satellite images is not perfectly visible :)
Very much so! I’m taking a break from my two class B airports and doing a small GA airport as a reset!

3D international airports require more time and dedication because firstly, their size. You may think editing airports is just adding 3D buildings, but there is a lot more work than that. Usually the 2D takes a long time as you have to set up every single line. On the other hand, small GA aprons are a lot more easier to finish. One or two main taxiways, a few stands, and a few buildings.
