How the event is gonna work.
There will be 3 days of airshow. There will be 2 sessions a day 1000Z-1300Z and 1400Z-1800Z. @Hector_Wilson will be the coordinator for the first day and the other two days up until 1500Z. @IF_California will take over at 1500Z to coordinate until the events end at 1800Z. You will spawn at the start of your event at the gate you are given. The two coordinators will let you know when you are able to start-up, taxi, take-off, do your display, land, and taxi again. They will pretty much be the atc.
