- If you have intention of using A380-800 for the fly-out, please let us know your departure time (in Zulu) and location (if you want to reserve certain area)
- Each 30 minutes time slot can be filled for up to 3–4 virtual organizations/airlines
- We are not responsible for any violations issued during the event
- Follow all ATC instructions
- Act professionally throughout the event
- If ATC is not present, use the traffic frequency correctly
- All of these rules apply to both commercial and GA aircraft
