Republic Day is a national holiday in India. It honours the date on which the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950 replacing the Government of India Act (1935) as the governing document of India and thus, turning the nation into a newly formed republic.

NOTAMs
- Pilots are requested to follow unicom or ATC instructions religiously.
- AIVA, 9WVA, 6EVA and UKVA will not be held responsible for any violations or ghosts received by the pilots during the event.
- To avoid confusion, pilots are requested to use the Flight Plan mentioned in the resources.
- 9WVA Pilots are requested to file the PIREP with a 5x multiplier.
- Pilots can choose any livery of an airline operating in India (Air India, Jet Airways, Indigo, Spicejet, Air Asia)
