Malawi is one of the poorest countries on the African continent, and in the world too. However, it doesn’t stop it from being preserved naturally. With a lake with more species of fishes than any other in the world, as well as two UNESCO world heritage sites, Malawi is being preserved in more ways than one. It’ll be interesting to see how this progresses as it would take up a large part of the country, however, promoting its culture and boosting tourism looks to be a beneficial way for this to happen.
