Hello, so I did a 7 flight and I exited the app with half hour to go to finish it off later, when I enter the app is says to refresh the app but it won’t let me join. So I obviously lost this flight progress. I tried another flight and exited the app after I got to cruising altitude and again same thing. This has all happened since I’ve downloaded 24.4. I’ve seen it’s happening to other people as well. Device: IPhone 15 pro max
Not sure what to do but it is kind of a pain cause I can’t complete my first full flight with the max but I get bugs can happen
Hello @DGBOOF. Was your flight in-progress as you updated the app? (I.E, did you press flight resume/exit the flight, update the app, and then go back and try to resume the flight?)
@DGBOOF I think at this point, this issue must have been noted internally because there have already been 3 or 4 topics on top of this one with the same issue. I am unable to recreate this issue on my own app.
@DGBOOF a hotfix for 24.4 was released with some bug fixes. I dont see flight resume issues being addressed but it might be worth a try on a short haul flight to see if it works again.
I had the same problem … for exactly a few seconds, I left the IF app for more than a minute but without leaving the flight for flight resume, when I got back my app loaded in but I was disconnected from the server.
When I left the flight, so I could reconnect with the server again I couldn’t see the option resume. I started a new flight accidentally, left it almost Immediatly and then saw my old flight again in resume. I clicked on it and it worked. That’s the closest I got to the issue OP stated.
Scrap that still happening so devs I mean focus on bigger stuff first but please fix this I mean it is only effecting a few people but still is an issue. I still haven’t done a full flight in 24.4 yet nor with the max…

@DGBOOF i just tried using flight resume on a flight from BIKF-KSEA, and when I tried resuming the flight I couldn’t even find the feature on the homepage. This is definitely a serious bug/glitch.
Yeah I mean for me it comes up and I press it then it doesn’t let me in, and it only happens when I’ve left the flight off for more then a minute or when I’m a fair bit into a flight
