American Airlines B757 Operations
The Boeing 757 is an American narrow-body single-aisle airliner that was designed by Boeing and put into service with its first operator, Eastern Airlines on January 1st, 1983. The Boeing 757 is a very agile and versatile aircraft that is known highly for its design and earning the nickname “Flying Pencil”. The Boeing 757 was one of American Airlines’ most reliable aircraft having introduced them in the 1980s, tons of them around the states on schedule and even a couple of them in transatlantic flights. Americans used around 170-182 seats on their 757s depending on the layout. The airline used the 757 up until the COVID lockdown when it was retired late in 2020.
