After an extended period, we are pleased to announce our return with another event. Vietnam Airlines Virtual and @GarudaVirtualGroup are excited to present our collaborative event.
We invite you to join us on a journey to Ho Chi Minh City. This event is also a part of the Infinite Flight World Tour 3, offering an opportunity for everyone to fly, share experiences, engage in unique flights, and enjoy the festivities together.

Ground and Tower operations
- Give priority to traffic exiting the runway..
- Please include the following in your ATIS:
- Hold Gate: If there is an inbound wave, this helps reduce the departure queue and avoids conflicts on the taxiway. Remember, the maximum hold time is 10 minutes.
- Two runways, one operation: Both runways must be operated in one usage, 25L and 25R will not be used independently. If there is an aircraft is on 3-4NM final runway 25R, the departure aircraft at 25L must have to wait until the arrival aircraft on 25R landed safely in order to takeoff.
- FPL Required
- SID/STAR Use Recommended: If light to moderate traffic exists.
- SID/STAR Use Required: If inbound traffic becomes heavy, please change it to.
- No Light Aircraft
Radar Operation
- Use all recommended SIDs and STARs for smoother operations
- Do not exceed 230kts when on STARs
- Direct to SOKAN when able
- All aircraft must approach runway 25R
- Holds will be used when the traffic is heavy

- Please avoid Light Aircraft such as C172, SR22, XCub, Spitfire Mk VIII and P38, especially during heavy traffic. Pattern work will be at ATC’s discretion.
- If there is heavy traffic, we ask you to be patient and don’t spam the ATC frequencies. We ask for your full cooperation with IFATC and to follow all expert server rules. We will not be held liable for any violations incurred on your account. Your plane, your responsibility.
- Airbus A380 is strictly not allowed to land or depart at VVTS due to the limitation of airport infrastructure. Boeing 747-8 is allowed to depart at runway 25R, 07L/R only, do not use 747-8 for 25L departure.
- Usage of professional flight plans (to include usage of SIDs, STARs, and Airways) is strongly recommended to not only enhance realism but also to ease the workload on ATC and create a more organized flow. Check ATIS/D-ATIS to know the recommended SID/STAR.
- If you receive a report, make sure to first message the controller to ask for the reason. Alternatively, you can directly message the appeals team to request the report’s removal by contacting Appeals team via IFC message. Do not create a topic or comment at any post for your violation.
- Have fun, and respect each other! Don’t forget to share your awesome screenshots.
- The event will be hosted in Expert Server, we do recommend you to fly professionally and respectfully. Following rules is an important factor to keep professional flying environment.
- Pilots are requested to strictly follow ATC instructions, we do not take responsibility for those receive violations that are issued by IFATC members.
- Gate assignment is not available since this is a community event, heavy traffic is expected to happen.
