What’s the terms of use for this CSV? Can it be freely reused in third-party applications (like PanelNinja)? What attribution requirements does it have?

There are no attribution requirements, we just publish this for reference (hence no license) as it’s needed when using the API. Feel free to redistribute with PanelNinja and use it as you see fit :)
