21.6 Device Requirements

Are all versions of the iPad Air not going to be supported, or only the old one. I have a 3rd gen iPad Air.

It appears that iPad Air 2 and newer are currently and will continue to be supported as they’re able to run iPad OS 15.0.1 right now.

The original iPad Air stopped at iPad OS 12.5.5 which would fall within the iOS/iPadOS 13.0 requirement that Infinite Flight will be implementing.

So I have a question. As long as your device passes iOS 13 you are good right?

Yes. The devices that currently support Infinite Flight that will be affected are the:

  • iPhone 5S
  • iPhone 6
  • iPhone 6 Plus
  • iPad Air
  • iPad Mini 2
  • iPad Mini 3
  • iPod Touch (6th generation)

Assuming you don’t have one of the devices listed above and you own a device on the latest IF version (21.05), you’ll be fine!
