21.1 unable to download, even though it should

Hello! I goten the Ok that my device should be able to handle 21.1 from many people including Seb

Samsung galaxy tab A (2019)

But it still won’t update,
Idk what the problem is

I’ve tried Uninstalling, and reinstalling the app and it still won’t work
