You know something is wrong when frontier is above Hawaiian and jetblue only because of route network

Spirit Especially. That being said, B6’s onetime stats dropped dramatically this year so in that aspect I am not surprise. However I also believe they have one of the best onboard experiences in the US, so it is surprising to see them as 8th.

Why is Jetblue near the bottom? Nice to see United ranked up a little.

The ULCC are not as bad as the media makes them out to be.

Some of these don’t make since.

Spirit over JetBlue, how is that even possible? JetBlue has always had great ratings and Spirit has always been known as one of the worst airlines in the US…

How is sprit better than JetBlue

Nm the fact that jetBlues route map completely skips over pretty much the entire midwest.

I agree. I know Spirit receives more harsh criticism and ratings than other airlines, but Jetblue has been known for quality service and great cabins, which also leads me to wonder why their cabin was not one of the best ranked. Their seats are quite comfy and they have superb legroom.

Inferior IRROPS handling. less interline rebooking agreements.

I have flown Alaska Airlines before and they 100% deserve it.

Alaska and Southwest totally deserve the top 2. I fly on Alaska many times and their prices are cheap and affordable along with high-quality service. They truly deserve number 1.

Southwest is also amazing! They are nothing like United and actually show love to its customers.

I know exactly what you are relating to this to…I might be biased to United, but I have seen great reviews in the past couple months, and I plan on flying them this summer with a buddy of mine on the IFC. I think that whether airlines receive positive or negative criticism on whatever degree on the spectrum, if you want to judge them, you need to provide valid facts with helpful points to back up your opinion. Simply saying that an airline doesn’t show love to its customers is impotent to the debate.

I think that this is pretty accurate of my experiences with these airlines.

I wonder who that “buddy” is? 🤔🤔😀

I like the Frontier because when I flew on that airline I never had a problem with them 👍

Yea UA definitely has its strengths. Their frequent flyer program is arguably the best in the U.S. and their new Polaris is better than the DL One Suites IMO. (I am aware that they are not on all aircraft yet)

My top 4 Are JetBlue, UA, Alaska, Delta. Not a fan of AA, WN, or any ULCC
