This problem doesn’t bother me too much because I don’t use it too often, but I got the reward for 20 purchases on my phone but not on my iPad… I’m confused about what even happened. Could anyone help me with what happened and what I need to do?
Did you login with the same details?
Did you buy the planes on an Android phone?
You may try and restart your device once and see if it works.
Do you have Live+ or you purchased everything individually?
Make sure you are on the same iCloud account … ( If on Apple device )
I logged in with the same details, I bought them on an iPhone, and I’ll try restarting.
I got everything individually.
That’s what I did. I have bought some on my iPad and others on my iPhone…

All of your purchases are tied to the iTunes ID used. So don’t worry too much about which iPad or iPhone each was made.
First use the Restore Purchases function to sign in and sync your account to the device. Make sure to download all the airplanes and regions you have purchased previously. Even if the store presents things as if they are asking you to purchase something again. Just accept the purchase, and right after, iTunes will show you another message saying you already own the item and can download again for free. You would only be charged if the iTunes ID in use has no record of a purchase, or you were refunded.
Once all 20 paid items are synced and installed, the bonus aircraft will be downloadable. If the bonus content remains locked, that means you either have less than 20 total airplane and region purchases, or you were refunded at some point for one of the 20 qualifying purchases.
