Here’s how 20,1 has gone for me so far
Had to wait about 3 hours after the update was released before I got it
I can’t fly on multiplayer because it crashes everytime

Hey there! Sorry that you’re experiencing issues
your issues in order:
- The Apple Store/Google Play Store releases the update over a period of time. Staged rollouts usually spread the release out by country and region. This is out of Infinite Flights control.

- There is a hotfix in the works to correct and fix these crashes that users are experiencing.
- Connection issues will also be addressed and fixed in the hotfix.
- Training Server Controllers are exactly that; training. Work your way up to Grade 3+ to experience “professional ATC controllers” curtesy of IFATC

I feel you 100%. I’ve been using my Dad’s phone recently to play because my iPad wouldn’t stop crashing.

Ya review usually takes 1 to 3 days so you actually got it earlier than usual

I’ve noticed if you use lower graphic settings it works just fine.

This is quite unnecessary so Ill give my view on this on a per question basis
1.
Right It was your manufactures fault this the devs pressed release when the teaser ended so bring that up with Google/Apple or your software manufacturer
Hotfix is in the works have some patience most of us have this issue also give this a read
and check this link to check your device capabilities
This is due to servers being busy it will die down and it might fix the issues also check your internet connection. And run a Internet Speed Test
Im guessing your on Training Server they have no experience and no expectations. And if you fly into EGLL, KLAX, KJFK, etc there will be no time to deal with your aircraft fly elsewhere or better yet fly on Expert Server
