Twice in the last 2 sessions I attempted on expert, 2nd pic atc sat on that for at least 5 mins before booting the one that was rear ended Whats the point in working to get xp and move up servers? I just cant continue in the session to be honest it ruins it for me. Why do these people keep getting away with it? How can we stay immersed with the lack of realism? Why donât you just boot them immediately?
The first photo looks like it was under Unicom - not much can be done really if there is no ATC nor a staff member/moderator/IFATC supervisor at the airport. The second photo looks like there was ATC - sometimes we do miss things on the ground or things appear differently from our end depending on our visibility of aircraft.
It is unfortunate that there are people that behave this way on Expert Server - the best thing to do is ignore them and/or work around them. Often they do get caught eventually by ATC or a supervisor so yeah.
It was under unicom but during a controller change yesterday in LIRF, the ATC came back as he crossed through another player and was rolling - they let him go even after warning âwait for clearance before takeoffâ.
I try and ignore it but this has honestly always been an issue on expert server.

Please, no need to get flustered by this. If you have a person sniffing your APU more than they should or a person measuring their fuselage to you engine, just say to yourself âMan, that jet fuel must smell like chocolate, doesnât it?â or âYou ainât bigger than mine buddy â (Donât take out of context). See someone taxi through grass, âDo my lawn nextâ or âNever knew [insert aircraft] had an off road variant.â Controller blamed you, âBleach (eyes) for real, time to appeal.â Controller lets them off, âControllerâs too innocent for the real world .â If you feel upset, there are songs you could play to help you cope with your frustration. I have a personal one, but Iâm not sure I should be posting it on here. Itâs not too bad (maybe it is), but still. To sum up, turn your frustration into laughter. Let idiots will be idiots, let bygones be bygones, and just move forward and focus on you. Another useless tip from your uncertified pyschiatrist .
I was on approach into EDDF when a FedEx aircraft (canât remember the exact callsign) came way too close to me close enough that it was starting to feel unsafe. I could hear ATC warning them with something like, âPlease follow instructions or you will be reported.â
It kind of surprised me because youâd expect more disciplined flying on the Expert Server, but I guess these kinds of situations still happen sometimes. Just goes to show that even on Expert, youâve got to stay sharp and be ready for anything.
Iâm really shocked that they didnât get reported thatâs quite surprising
This topic doesnât make sense. What are you going to do? This is not the way it works. Accept it or fly solo. Exposing like that will never make the problem go.
Not sure what the point is of always trying to play the blame game and expect every perfection from everyone, without knowing anything about the circumstances or perspective from the other side.
