Hello everyone! Can someone explain what these two things mean? Thanks in advance.

  1. (ISFD HEADING FROM LEFT IRS ONLY)
  2. (LBS x 1000)

The label “ISFD HEADING FROM LEFT IRS ONLY” on an aircraft cockpit refers to the Integrated Standby Flight Display (ISFD), which is a backup instrument that provides critical flight information in case of a failure of the primary flight display.

The “HEADING FROM LEFT IRS ONLY” part of the label indicates that the ISFD is using information only from the left Inertial Reference System (IRS) to display the aircraft’s heading. The IRS is a navigation system that uses accelerometers and gyroscopes to determine the aircraft’s position and orientation.

I have no idea about the first one.
But LBS x 1000 is quite straight forward.

LBS = measurement in weight (worded pound).

So based on your screenshot, you have 44.800 pounds of fuel loaded up.
