Hello everyone, I was trying to fly to RKSI from ZSPD in expert server. When I was trying to take off the tower told me to line up and wait. At the same time tower told another plane to line up and wait on the same runway. So both plane went on the runway. Then I was told to check forum for using ATC instruction. Did I do the wrong thing? If I did, can some one tell me what should I do on these situations? Thank you.

If this was the case in which the controller told both of you to line up and wait, I have a feeling it could just be an accident or mistake. I’m not entirely sure what the “correct” thing to do here would’ve been, but it might be useful to message whoever the controller was, and ask for advice or clarification on that specific scenario.

Have a chat with the controller by pm if you want an explanation. Controllers may make mistakes too.
He might have mistook you for starting your takeoff roll by accident, remember to LUAW at taxi speeds then stop immediate after.

If it was 0435Z, then Cris is correct. Ray is your controller, you can PM him to talk about what happened. :)
