1st A321 XLR!

1st A321 XLR

Hello IFC! As you know the A321 XLR is a long awaited aircraft by airlines. Iberia has taken delivery of its first A321 XLR! The handover of the aircraft registered EC-OIL took place on 30 OCT at Airbus’ Finkenwerder site in Hamburg, Germany.

Cabin Details

Cabin is the most important thing in a long-haul airliner. The Iberia A321 will feature: a 1-1 layout of 14 lie-flat seats in the front of the aircraft, followed by 168 economy seats in the traditional 3-3 layout behind the dividing bulkhead.

The only minor difference for the standard/LR and the XLR is the addition of a fuel tank just after the wing
