About the Airport
San Francisco International Airport (IATA: SFO , ICAO: KSFO , FAA LID: SFO ) is an international airport 13 miles (21 km) south of downtown San Francisco, California, United States, near Millbrae and San Bruno in unincorporated San Mateo County.[4] It has flights to points throughout North America and is a major gateway to Europe and Asia.
SFO is the largest airport in Northern California and the second-busiest in California and on the Western Coast of North America, after Los Angeles International Airport. In 2017, it was the seventh-busiest airport in the United States and the 24th-busiest in the world by passenger count.[5] It is the fifth-largest hub for United Airlines and functions as United’s primary transpacific gateway. It also serves as a secondary hub for Alaska Airlines. It is a major maintenance hub for United Airlines, and houses the Louis A. Turpen Aviation Museum and Library.
Hello everyone and welcome to my second event ever at San Francisco Airport!
The airport is probably the one I fly out of/to the most! Almost every time I visit, or look on FlightRadar24, I see the huge lines for departure. So help me make this airport even more popular! The airport is 1 of the top 25 busiest airports in the world and continues to grow in terms of passenger traffic every year! The airport is a hub for United Airlines and a focus city for Alaska Airlines. From Dubai to Santa Barbara, the airport serves many international, long haul flights, to short haul, domestic flights.

1. Please spawn in at your assigned gate around 5-10 minutes before scheduled departure time
2. Do not pushback at the same time as the person next to you! Wait until he/she is taxiing and at a safe distance
