When making an event your kinda supposed to make sure Jo one else has the same event which by this clearly tells me you did not check

It’s against the rules to self advertise, and people can join whichever event they’d like to. I did check for other events, and seeing yours is 14 days prior to mine, it shouldn’t be an issue. 🙂

As @LongHaulGuy had mentioned, nobody is “stealing” anybody else’s ”people”. These IFC Events are for everyone and it’s essentially their decision to choose which event they’d like to attend. While event creators should monitor what other events happen to fall on the day of their event, it’s not considered “stealing people”.
