Hi I just recently finished an 18 hour flight and I only got credited for six hours how do I dispute this I have an image of documentation I fell asleep and when I woke up I got disconnected no warnings no violations but still got disconnected if someone can assist that’ll be greatly helpful thanks have a great day

At any point during the flight, did you use flight resume?
Everything was resumed everything was connected but the last one

Hi, Sorry to hear this happened. I would say, if it happens fairly regularly from now on, call attention to the issue again.
If it quite rarely occurs, or if it only once or twice occurs, consider ignoring it, possibly chalking it up to the usual variation in the outcomes of our experience.
Not trying to be flippant, but how frequently something occurs is important as far as allocating resources.

If your network signal is lost during flight, no XP will be recorded during that time.
I rode 737 700 in 18 hours and earned 12000 XP.
I only received 3,500xp for 6hrs
