I am currently on a flight from New York to London in the. Traning server when I saw the wind t 34000ft
it happens
Iâve faced worse in IF trust me.
I had 170 knots of wind flying from New York to Frankfurt on Expert yesterday đ¨
Nothing abnormal for the jet stream. Itâs went as high as 225 knots before. Also I run the hurricane hunters virtual organization, we run into this stuff frequently anyways lol
Welp thatâs a little different. Youâre actively seeking out the strongest winds for fun. I donât think the passengers going to London or anywhere across the ocean were âthrill-seekingâ đ
My teacher did lol. She loved turbulence. Who doesnât honestly tho?
My mom. She is gonna suffer this christmas hahaah
lol⌠Iâll rephrase: who doesnât like turbulence who isnât plen person
me, when i want to pee
Oh yeah I forgot about that. Itâs fun until you need to use the bathroom. Once almost gave myself a super vacuum swirly on an a321 but saved it from happening
Definitely happens, especially in the Atlantic.
The Atlantic/Pacific tracks are meant to take advantage of or avoid these wind fluctuations depending on direction.
Given youâre flying east, just roll with it and let it carry you. Maybe even increase your speed a bit to optimize the value depending on your load.
Thanks for sharing that bit of information with us. Iâm sure every single person on this community was dying to hear it.
Iâm glad!
i really wanted to know
