Welcome to TFSD’s South African Takeover event!
We are happy to announce that we will be holding another event at the beautiful country of South Africa! We are pleased to invite you all to join us for this event. This event will consist two airports: Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport, and Cape Town International Airport. It will take place from 2025-06-14T13:00:00Z to 2025-06-14T22:00:00Z, and will be a combination of a fly-out and a fly-in. See you there!

FAOR
Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport has two parallel runways, 03L/R and 21L/R. The terminal buildings are located on the western side of the airport, left of runway 03L. The main terminal building is split into two parts: Terminal A and Terminal B. Terminal A only serves international routes, while Terminal B only serves domestic routes. FACT
Cape Town Airport has two runways that cross into each other. Runway 05/19 is the main runway aircraft takeoff and land on. Runway 16/34 is rarely used, only handling small GA aircraft. The terminal is located west of the airport, right of runway 19 and 16. The terminal is split into three parts, with the northern side being the International Terminal, the center being the Central Terminal, and the southern side being the Domestic Terminal.
