The Great Danish Flyout!

Hello and welcome to my Great Danish Flyout! For this event, we will be visiting Denmark’s capital and largest city, Copenhagen!

Copenhagen is home to more than 600,000 people. Copenhagen is famous for its canals that run through the city. Copenhagen is also considered to be the happiest city in the world. It is a beautiful place and I would love to visit there sometime!

Copenhagen Airport is the main airport serving Copenhagen and is the busiest in Denmark. Last year, over 30 million people passed through the airport. There are many airlines that fly out of Copenhagen but it is a major hub for SAS and Norwegian also flies there a lot.

You got it!

If you wanna be realistic:
Well first of all the A380 doesn’t park at terminal 2 as it simply can’t fit there.
There Is only one A380 gate at Copenhagen, and that is C39.
easyJet and Ryanair doesn’t park at a terminal they have their own remote apron space.
Singapore, Delta, Qatar, Thai and Air Canada all have their operations from Terminal 3.
Terminal 2 is used by SAS long/short-hauls and a few other short haul airlines.
If you wanna include Terminal 1: Mainly SAS domestic terminal.

  • Hope this helps!

Hi! Thanks for your input. I will absolutely change the A380 gate. For Ryanair and EasyJet, I saw that they have their own place but I felt that I would not need that many gates so I just put them in terminal 3. As for everything else, I thought I gt everything correct from the Copenhagen airport website, but I will look more into it. Would you like a gate?

Today’s featured route is:

Newquay, England

Newquay is a coastal town in eastern England. Around 22,000 people live here. Newquay’s airport is very small, serving only seven destinations. they include Copenhagen, Dublin, and London. If you want to fly to Newquay, take gate E36 on a SAS 737!

You can’t fly to Newquay from here, but if you’d like head over to my other event, The Flyout in Paradise in Honolulu!

Today’s featured route is:

Split

Split is a city in southern Croatia that is on the Adriatic Sea. Just Under 200,000 people live there. It is a very scenic and gorgeous city. If you want to fly to Split, check out gate B15 to take a Croatia Airlines A319 down there!
