Today - November 11th 2025 marks exactly 107 years since, my country, Poland got its independence after not being on the map for over 123 years.
This wasn’t the end for Polish history just yet, obviously right after our independence, WW2 started and Poland got the worst of it, but the heroic acts of our Polish AK and the regular civilians saved us.
We then proceeded to be under Russian influence during the communist era but the heroic acts of the Solidarność movement freed us and now Poland is doing better than ever!
