100,000 operations

Without even realizing it, I’ve reached this milestone.

It feels like only yesterday that I joined Mountain Crusher. Back then, I struggled to handle even six aircraft at a time. Today, I can comfortably manage twenty. Looking back, it’s hard to believe how far I’ve come.

The journey wasn’t always smooth. At one point, I was demoted, and that experience forced me to reflect on my weaknesses and commit to improving.

From then on, I focused on becoming a better controller. I began studying the approach procedures for every airport I controlled and started maintaining this thread. That is also the reason why I create this post. Sharing my approach plan for HUB

Over time, I’ve built approach plans for more than 35 airports, allowing me to quickly familiarize myself with local procedures and provide more efficient, higher-quality service.

I also spent countless hours practicing in Endless ATC under heavy traffic. My personal best was handling 27 aircraft simultaneously at RJTT. Those practice sessions were challenging, but they gave me the confidence to stay calm during busy IFATC sessions.

I want to sincerely thank all the IFATC staff members, as well as every controller who has supported, encouraged, and helped me along the way. Without you, I wouldn’t have made it this far, nor would I have so many great memories to look back on.

I wish everyone clear skies and smooth controlling.

See you on frequency.

Congratulations on reaching 100,000 operations!

Reading a story like this motivates those of us who are still starting this path a lot. Sometimes we see more experienced controllers and it seems that they always had everything under control, but messages like yours remind us that progress is built with practice, study and perseverance.

As a new controller, it inspires me to know that you went through difficulties and still continued to improve until you become the controller you are today. Thank you for sharing your experience and for showing that mistakes are not the end, but part of learning.

I hope one day to look back and see a similar growth. See you in the frequency!
