10,000,000 XP and a thank you to the community!
Hey everyone! Today I achieved another major milestone in my Infinite Flight journey and as part of the community, 10 Million XP! I first became an Infinite Flight user in May 2017 and joined the community in July 2017 and this milestone has been accomplished in 15,200+ hours for flight time and more than 3,500+ landings.
It has been a fantastic journey towards this milestone for myself but the best part of the journey is the thousands of memories I’ve made over the past 7+ years apart of this wonderful community that is full of like-minded individuals from all corners of the globe that share the same passion, aviation.
I want to thank a few people personally that have played a major role in my journey with Infinite Flight thus far:
@Tyler_Shelton - Where do I start? You’ve always supported me, been there to answer my questions and have also provided me with some fantastic opportunities within the IFATC team which I’m forever grateful for and will continue to be. It’s a pleasure being able to assist fellow community members and also assist in the growth and development of the IFATC team in my positions as Supervisor, Recruiter and Trainer and it’s also a pleasure being apart of the ATC Appeals Team. Thanks for these opportunities and guidance over all these years. It was a pleasure to meet you in Houston!
@JoshFly8 - Similar to Tyler, you have provided me with some fantastic opportunities throughout my Infinite Flight journey including offering me the role of Trainer. Being apart of the IFATC Trainer team is a fantastic privilege as it’s enjoyable being able to share my knowledge with new members to continue the growth and development of the IFATC team.
@alexev, @Adam, and @Chris_Hoss - Some of my fellow Aussies! It’s a pleasure knowing you guys and chatting to you all fairly regular. It’s a pleasure being apart of the Qantas Virtual Group and QVG certainly holds some fond memories.
@Julius97, @BluePanda900, @RAH and @MJhendo - I wouldn’t be where I am within the IFATC team today without your initial guidance and support through both recruitment phases of tower and radar. All of you shared your experience and feedback and devoted countless time and effort into bettering me as a controller and preparing me to pass the practical assessments. Thank you for the hard work!
To everyone else, including moderators, staff, developers and everyone in-between, thank you for making the Infinite Flight community and Infinite Flight itself such a fantastic place to hang out, fly and most importantly, have fun! It’s great to have a place full of like-minded individuals that share the same passions and being able to also learn off of each other’s experiences is something that makes this community all that more special.
Now it’s time to go and eat some cake to celebrate!
