THUNDER OVER JACKSONVILLE
This May, the skies of Infinite Flight will roar with the thunder of jet engines as the community gathers for the largest airshow event of the year! The VIRTUAL AIRSHOW COUNCIL and several of the community’s finest individuals are hosting the largest airshow in the simulator’s history, and we invite YOU to make history alongside us!
Taking place at the former NAVAL AIR STATION CECIL FIELD located in Jacksonville, Florida, the site has a proud legacy of Naval Aviation attached to it and serves as the ideal location for such a gathering. Being the former home to several U.S NAVY training and reserve squadrons, NAS Cecil has a long and phosphorus history attached to it, adding such an event will only bring to life many memories and create many more.
The show will feature breathtaking, death defying aerobatics, from general aviation aircraft to transports. Performers including the Virtual U.S NAVY BlueAngels Demonstration team, the Virtual F-22 Raptor Demonstration Team and many more! Our show will feature the community’s finest display pilots and aerobatic teams and they will provide one unforgettable experience!

Our VA was permitted to utilize a server for our operations by the IFVARB, we do not use VOCAL ATC. The server is utilized for VAC only operations, every member is required to follow the VA’s code of conduct upon arrival.
During the show we will be narrating our displays and playing music to recreate the real life airshow experience, can’t wait to see you there!
