The British Airways 747 Sendoff!

It was announced just hours ago that British Airways will be permanently scrapping their 747s. The BA 747 is one of the most iconic versions of one of the most iconic planes ever built, and has carried so many people across the world, including myself, three times in fact. Please join me in giving these birds a proper sendoff, especially because they won’t get one in real life.

LAX-LHR and back. Even though we have a direct flight to EGCC, I wanted to fly a 747 before they were gone. (Because we go to Manchester when we go)

I wish I could’ve flown on one but I didn’t have the chance. I am so sad to see them go. I would join the event but thanks to the new update I am back on grade 2 😭😭😭 because I only had 74 landings. I’m so sad that I couldn’t fly on one and that I can’t make this event.

It’s very sad indeed. I could put you down temporarily if you’d like if you think you will be grade 3 in a few weeks again (no worries if that’s a no though)
