Airport Information
Chengdu Shuangliu Airport
Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport(IATA: CTU, Chinese Name: 成都双流国际机场) is located 18km southwest of Chengdu city centre, the capital of Sichuan province, China. It is the largest airport in Southwest China and the fourth-busiest in mainland China. By 2019, it’s handled 55,852,552 passenger trips, 366,887 departures and arrivals, and 671 thousands metric tons of cargo and mail annually.
There are two terminals, Terminal 1 that opened in 2004, and Terminal 2 that opened in 2012. The Satellite hall of Terminal 2 was used on Jan 06, 2020. Covering an area of 5 square kilometres, Chengdu airport has two 3600 metres runways.
Chengdu Shuangliu Airport can be reached by High-speed trains, Metro line 10, taxi, and airport bus.
Shanghai Hongqiao Airport
Located 13km west of Shanghai city centre, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport(SHA) is 7th busiest airport in China and the 45th busiest in the world. The airport handled 4,5676,600 passengers in 2019.
Shanghai Hongqiao Airport was opened in May 1923. It was rebuilt for civilian use, and was re-opened in April 1964. Two major expansions took place in 1984 and 1988. The terminal 2 was operated in Mar 16, 2010. The renovation of T1 was finished on Oct 15 2018. Terminal 1 includes first self-service check-in in China that allows passengers to print tickets, check in luggage and board without queuing at staffed counters. It can shorten the check-in and boarding process.
Terminal 1 is located 2km east of Terminal 2. Terminal 2 mainly serves domestic flights. Terminal 1 serves domestic and international and Hong Kong-Macau-Taiwan flights.

Runway 02L for all aircraft, except A380-800 or B747-8,few land.
Runway 02R for A380-800 or B747-8， you can also take the initiative to apply for use this runway for takeoff,main land.
Shanghai Hongqiao：
Runway 36R for land and 36L for departure .
